Where do we begin?
We begin with your design idea. When you contact us, we will start by helping you cost out the project.

Will we need a permit?
For major renovations, involving electricity and plumbing, a permit will usually be required. We will help you take care of the permit application and co-ordinate any inspections.

Is your quotation final?
Yes, unless you decide to change the project.

Will the rest of my house be a mess?
Despite our best efforts to work cleanly, a certain amount of dust and mess (especially where gyprock is concerned) is unavoidable.

How long will my project take?
It depends upon the size and the complexity of the project.

Do we need plans?
Yes. Plans will help ensure your project runs smoothly and eliminate confusion.

Do we need to sign a contract?

Yes. A detailed contract will be drawn up and must be signed before work commences.
